Cancellations, can I get a refund?

If you cancel 3 days or more prior of departure, a 30% penalty fee applies (you will receive a 70% refund).

If you cancel 48 hours prior of departure, a 50% penalty fee applies (you will receive a 50% refund).

A rebooked ticket cannot be refunded.

All refunds will be handled in-house only by Margate Coach.
Ticket changes / rebookings / credits after hours Monday to Friday between 16:00-20:30 and Saturday, Sundays between 07:00-20:30 on +27 82 455 9736.

For emergency cancellations i.e the passenger has fallen ill or a family member has passed away and the passenger is no longer able to travel will need to be accompanied by a letter of admission to hospital or a death certificate.
