Cannot book return trips from Manaba, Uvongo, Umtentweni, Sunwich Port, St Michaels, Shelly Beach, Hibberdene, Banana Beach or Anerley.

We are aware of this, it is not a bug but rather a limitation with our current system provider which does not support grouping of stops.

This means due to the stops having two different locations (one for collecting and another for dropping off) one has to currently book two single trips, our developers are aware that this is a very important feature for us and are working on having it implemented in the future.

A simple workaround to the limitation is when making a booking on the website you will select the trip, add the passenger details and select ‘Book Ticket’.

After agreeing to the Terms & Conditions you will be redirected to the pay now page, where you will notice the trip is now in a basket.

Instead of then selecting to ‘Pay Now’ you will simply click on the Home Screen Icon.

You can then select the return trip and you will see that all the information fields will be prepopulated with the passengers information tab already.

You will then select book ticket and accept the Terms & Conditions. You will see both trips have now been added to the basket and can then be paid for simultaneously.
